Training Support Services​

We have extensive experience in delivering essential training support services in military tactics and instruction, survival skills, small-arms, and crew-served weapons training to the operating forces to enhance their skills, knowledge, and competencies.  Our proven training methods utilize a variety of formats including classroom-based training, field instruction, simulation and live-fire training and instruction. Our portfolio of training support services includes conducting needs assessments, developing training materials and programs, delivering training sessions, evaluating the effectiveness of training, and providing training management and administration while ensuring the highest standards of safety and risk mitigation. 

Military Tactics & Combat Warfare

We provide military tactics and instruction, survival skills, small-arms and crew-served weapons training and courseware development and maintenance. Training is tailored to real-world scenarios.

Pilot & Aircrew Training

In addition to training over 10,000 pilots IAW FAA directives, we have also trained and certified USAF AFSOC Pilots on C-208 Caravan, Ugandan Air Force on C-208 piloting, Foreign Military Air Force FMS pilots, and continue to train AFSOC Pilots on each of our aircraft (project Team Lease) supporting JSOC operations at Ft Bragg.

Aircraft Maintenance Training

As with many professions, it takes a team of highly skilled aircraft technicians on the ground to keep pilots in the air. All our instructors are FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificated and current with all applicable and updated training techniques. Beginning the first day upon arrival of students; our dedicated team of professional mechanics assists students ensuring all lecture material, test and inspection equipment, and tools that are utilized in lecture and practical instruction used to make airworthiness determinations are calibrated to a standard acceptable to the FAA.  Our Team provides comprehensive mechanic and technician training on our campus in New Bern.  Courses vary from fundamentals to specialized aircraft courses. 

UAS Operator Training

​Our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) have broad program management, unmanned operations, field technical services, training program and courseware development, Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development, Imagery as a Service (IaaS), and intelligence data analysis backgrounds in Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS.  Our instructors are deployable worldwide to support emergent requirements. We offer FAA Part 107 certification training. Our team has experience training and deploying UAV operators worldwide. We provide SEAL team members with training on the fundamentals of operating UAVs in national airspace.
